RESERVING AS SCHOOL SITE FOR ASUNCION CONSUNJI ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND SITUATED IN BARANGAY IMELDA, MUNICIPALITY OF SAMAL, PROVINCE OF BATAAN, ISLAND OF LUZON

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from entry, sale, disposition or settlement and reserve for school site purposes of Asuncion Consunji Elementary School, under the administration of the Department of Education, a certain parcel of land of the public domain subject to private rights, if any there be, situated in Barangay Imelda, Municipality of Samal, Province of Bataan, Island of Luzon, and more particularly described as follows to wit: AaSIET

A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot No. 1 of the subdivision plan, Csd-03-004085-D (OLT) being a portion of Lot 886, Samal Cadastre), situated in Barangay Imelda, Municipality of Samal, province of Bataan, Island of Luzon.

Bounded on the NW., along line 1-2 by Lot 3 along line 2-3 by Lot 2, the NE., along lines 3-4-5 by Lot 8 (Road); on the SE., along lines 5-8 by Lot 7 (Barrio Road); on the SW., along line 8-1 by Lot 3, all of the subdivision plan.

Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan being S. 47-33'E., 620.22 m. from MBM No. 14 Samal Cadastre, thence:

N. 59-17'E., 71.07 m. to point 2;

N. 63-11'E., 10.06 m. to point 3;

S. 24-54'E., 37.51 m. to point 4;

S. 29-41'E., 32.76 m. to point 5;

The Department of Environment and Natural Resources is hereby authorized to issue Special Patent in favor of the Republic of the Philippines-Department of Education.
