AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 128 DATED JULY 13, 1963 WHICH RESERVED A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN FOR OFFICE SITE OF THE NATIONAL BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION (NBI), BY GRANTING OWNERSHIP OF A PORTION THEREOF TO THE REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES-NATIONAL BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION SITUATED IN THE DISTRICT OF ERMITA, CITY OF MANILA, ISLAND OF LUZON

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby amend Proclamation No. 128 dated July 13, 1963, which reserved certain parcels of land in Ermita, Manila as office site for the National Bureau of Investigation, by granting ownership of a portion thereof in favor of the Republic of the Philippines-National Bureau of Investigation, a certain parcel of land containing an aggregate area of EIGHTEEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED SEVENTY FOUR (18,574) SQUARE METERS, more or less, subject to private rights, if any there be, situated in the District of Ermita, Manila, Island of Luzon, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows: TICDSc

A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot 1 of the Consolidation Subdivision plan Bcs-00-000089, being a portion of the Consolidation-Subdivision of Lot 2-B, Bsd-11801 (Rel-00-000983) and Lot 2-C, Bsd-11740 (Rs-00-000975), situated in the District of Ermita, City of Manila, Island of Luzon.

Bounded on the SW., along line 1-2 by Lot 2 or the Cons. Subd. plan, along lines 2-3-4 by Lot 3-A, Bsd-10928 (Philam Life Insurance Co.); on the NW., along line 4-5 by Lot 1, Bsd-10873 (Road Widening, 2.50 m. wide), along lines 5-6-7-8 by Lot 2-A, Bsd-11740 (World Health Organization); on the NE., along line 8-9 by Lot 1, Bsd-10873 (Road Widening, 6.00 m. wide); and on the SW., along line 9-1 by Lot 3-D, Bsd-10978 (Supreme Court).

Beginning at a point marked '1' on the plan, being S. 12-26' W., 284.85 m. from BLLM No. 47, Manila Cadastre, thence:

N. 30-35' W., 46.90 m. to point 4;

The Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) is hereby authorized to issue the corresponding Special Patent in favor of the Republic of the Philippines-National Bureau of Investigation.
