Submission of Data Regarding the Register of Notaries Public from January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2021
OCA Circular No. 111-2022 directs all concerned judges of Multi-Sala and Single-Sala Regional Trial Courts to submit a list of commissioned notaries public for the period from January 1, 2020, to December 31, 2021. This request aims to expedite the verification process of notarial commissions related to bidding documents submitted to COMELEC. The Office of the Court Administrator currently lacks a centralized database for notaries public, necessitating this data collection. Judges are required to submit the information via email within 15 days and provide quarterly updates thereafter. Compliance with this directive is essential for efficient future inquiries.
