OCA Circular No. 245-2022Supreme Court Issuances

OCA Circular No. 245-2022 updates the reporting requirements for judges and personnel of the Philippine judiciary, amending OCA Circular No. 162-2020. It specifies a revised list of reports, including deadlines and submission formats, primarily via email. Certain previously required reports are now eliminated, while electronic submissions are mandated, with hard copies no longer accepted. The circular emphasizes compliance with the updated reporting standards and the necessity of submitting reports only when applicable. This amendment aims to streamline administrative processes within the court system.
