Extension of Existing Notarial Commissions until December 31, 2022

In its Resolution dated 5 July 2022 Resolution in B.M. No. 3795 n (Re: Request for Extension of Existing Notarial Commissions), the Court En Banc resolved to further extend the validity of all notarial commissions which expired on 30 June 2022, thus:
Accordingly, all notarial commissions granted in 2019 and 2020 whose validity had been previously extended until June 30, 2022 pursuant to the Court's Resolution dated December 1, 2020, June 22, 2021, and September 28, 2021 are deemed further extended. These commissions shall thus remain valid for an additional period of six (6) months beginning July 1, 2022 until December 31, 2022. The notaries public whose terms are deemed extended pursuant to this Resolution shall continue performing notarial acts using their existing seals.
