Pursuant to the provisions of Presidential Decree No. 474; the Public Service Act, as amended; Executive Order No. 125, as amended; Executive Order No. 292 (Administrative Code of 1987)Republic Act No. 10651, the General Provisions of the General Appropriations Act; Executive Order No. 197, s. 2000; and DOF-DBM-NEDA Joint Circular No. 1-2013, the Maritime Industry Board approved on 07 of September 2015 the Management's recommendation on a revised schedule of fees and charges listed in "ANNEX A", which shall be imposed and collected by the Maritime Industry Authority.
