SUBJECT : Revised Consolidated Schedule of Service Fees
SECTION 1. Schedule of Rates. — The following revised schedule of rates is hereby prescribed for services rendered by the Department of Foreign Affairs pursuant to Executive Order No. 197, dated 13 January 2000 and Department of Finance-Department of Budget and Management Joint Circular No. 2000-2 dated 4 April 2000.

With the prior approval of the Secretary of Foreign Affairs based on documents establishing their status, the following Filipino citizens may be exempted from payment of fees for passport services: CAIHTE
a. Indigents, stowaways and survivors of shipwrecks; and
b. Scholars receiving less than $150 as monthly stipend unless their sponsors pay for the passport fees. The cost of the passport booklet shall, however, be collected which is P105.00 each.

SECTION 2. Repealing Clause. — Department Order No. 23-92, all other Department Orders, rules, and regulations or parts thereof which are inconsistent with any of the provisions of this Order are hereby repealed or amended accordingly.
SECTION 3. Effectivity. — This Order shall be published once a week for two consecutive weeks in two newspapers of general circulation in the Philippines and shall become effective fifteen (15) days after the last publication.
