SUBJECT : Revised Consolidated Schedule of Service Fees

SECTION 1. Schedule of Rates. — The following revised schedule of rates is hereby prescribed for services rendered by the Department of Foreign Affairs pursuant to Executive Order No. 197, dated 13 January 2000 and Department of Finance-Department of Budget and Management Joint Circular No. 2000-2 dated 4 April 2000.

Service No. 1 Passport Services

(No change in fees pending implementation of MRP-V Project)

a. Regular Passport

With the prior approval of the Secretary of Foreign Affairs based on documents establishing their status, the following Filipino citizens may be exempted from payment of fees for passport services: CAIHTE

a. Indigents, stowaways and survivors of shipwrecks; and

b. Scholars receiving less than $150 as monthly stipend unless their sponsors pay for the passport fees. The cost of the passport booklet shall, however, be collected which is P105.00 each.

Service No. 2 Visa Services for Aliens

A. Visa Fees

1.	Processing and issuance of visas under the following classifications
	of the Philippine Immigration Act of 1940, as amended:
	9(a) Temporary Visitor Visa for pleasure/business/health for a
	stay of more than 21 days except for nationals of countries with
	which the Philippines has reciprocal agreements for waiver of
	visa fees.
	1.	Single entry valid for three (3) months	30.00
	2.	Multiple entry valid for six (6) months	60.00
	3.	Multiple entry valid for one (1) year	90.00
	9(a) Temporary Visitor Visa for restricted aliens, single entry only	40.00
	9(b) Transit Visa, single entry valid for three (3) months for a
	stay of not more than 72 hours.

	in part for every page (double this fee if there are two pages
	in a sheet)
c.	For every certificate of correctness (with seal of office written		25
	on the copy or attached thereof)
d.	For copies furnished other bureaus, offices, and branches of the	Gratis	Gratis
	Philippine Government for official business (except those copies
	at the request of the litigants, in which case charges should be in
	accordance with the schedule above)
e.	For photocopies of documents (without certification) per page		0.5
15	Verification and certification of authority to import firearms		120
	and ammunition granted to persons, associations or corporations
16	Verification and certification for trade purposes of the existence		60

17	Certificate for sealing the metal casket or box containing the		60

SECTION 2. Repealing Clause. — Department Order No. 23-92, all other Department Orders, rules, and regulations or parts thereof which are inconsistent with any of the provisions of this Order are hereby repealed or amended accordingly.

SECTION 3. Effectivity. — This Order shall be published once a week for two consecutive weeks in two newspapers of general circulation in the Philippines and shall become effective fifteen (15) days after the last publication.
