In line with the Department's mandate to assist nationals abroad, and its commitment to public service, Department Order No. 07-00 on Revised Consolidated Schedule of Service Fees is hereby amended to: CSIDTc
Service No. 3. Notarial and Other Miscellaneous Services. —
14. For copies of official records and documents or for certificates in the form of "TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN" concerning facts appearing in the records of an office furnished private persons and entities, the following fees shall be collected:

This Order amends Department Order No. 07-00 and shall be published once a week for two consecutive weeks in two newspapers of general circulations in the Philippines and shall become effective fifteen days after the last publication. aIcETS
