SECTION 1. Rationale. —
Section 16 of Republic Act No. 8239 provides that, reasonable fees shall be collected for the processing, issuance, extension, amendment or replacement of a lost passport and the issuance of travel document as may be determined by the Department: Provided however, That any fee shall not be increased more than once every three (3) years.
SECTION 2. Applicable Fees. —
The applicable fees for processing Machine Readable Passports (without IC Chips) for special purposes are as follows:
