HLURB BOARD RESOLUTION NO. 901-13
APPROVING THE INCLUSION OF ADDITIONAL FEES TO THE 2010 REVISED SCHEDULE OF FEES, PURSUANT TO THE REVISED IMPLEMENTING RULES AND REGULATIONS TO GOVERN SECTION 18 OF REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7279 OTHERWISE KNOWN AS THE URBAN DEVELOPMENT AND HOUSING ACT OF 1992
WHEREAS, the 2010 Revised Schedule of Fees approved through Board Resolution No. 866, Series of 2010 provided for the fees and charges collected by the HLURB in the performance of its functions;
WHEREAS, "The Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations to Govern Section 18 of Republic Act No. 7279 otherwise known as the Urban Development and Housing Act of 1992" approved through Board Resolution No. 890, series of 2012, which became effective on January 1, 2013, provided for new procedures requiring the payment of fees not covered by the 2010 Revised Schedule of Fees;
WHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the proposal to include the following fees as Item II, G of the 2010 Revised Schedule of Fees approved through Board Resolution No. 866 Series of 2010 (the succeeding Items provided therein be renumbered accordingly) be, as it is hereby APPROVED.

1.2 Inspection Fee — P1,500.00/hectare
