RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITES PURPOSES FOR BALET NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED AT BARANGAY BALET, MUNICIPALITY OF BABAK, ISLAND GARDEN CITY OF SAMAL, PROVINCE OF DAVAO, ISLAND OF MINDANAO

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the power vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale, entry, disposition and settlement and reserve for school site purposes for Balet National High School, under the administration of the Department of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated at Barangay Balet, Municipality of Babak, Island Garden City of Samal, Province of Davao, Island of Mindanao, which is more particularly described as follows: STaCIA

A PARCEL OF LAND, Lot No. 377-A, Csd-11-010967-D, portion of Lot 377 Pls-566-D, situated in Barangay Balet, Municipality of Babak, Island Garden City of Samal, Province of Davao, Island of Mindanao.

Bounded on the NE., along line 2-3 by Lot 376; SE., along line 3-4 by Lot 378, both of Pls-566-D., SW., along line 4-1 by Lot 377-B, (Lot 1399, Pls-566-D), Csd-11-010967-D; and NW., along lines 1-2 by Lot 376, Pls-566-D.

Beginning from point marked '1' on plan being N. 71-11'E., 5991.07 m. from BLLM No. 1, Pls-566-D, thence:

N. 14-36'E., 67.17 m. to point 2;

S. 70-20'E., 303.07 m. to point 3;

S. 21-22'W., 66.88 m. to point 4;

N. 70-21'W., 295.11 m. to point 1;

Containing an area of Twenty Thousand (20,000) Square Meters, more or less, corners 1 & 4 are "Pls" Cyl. Conc. Mons. 15 x 40 cm. and the rest as "Old Pls" Cyl. Conc. Mons. 15 x 40 cm. Bearing true; Date of Original Survey December 10, 1956 to September 18, 1957; Date of Subdivision Survey October 31, 1991; and the survey duly executed by Geodetic Engineer Gervacio Magno and was approved on November 8, 1991.

The tracts of land herein reserved shall be non-alienable and shall not be subject to occupation, entry, sale, lease or other disposition until again declared alienable by proclamation of the President." DSTCIa
