RESERVING FOR NATIONAL IMPROVEMENT PURPOSES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE FORESHORE OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF MANDAUE, CEBU, ISLAND OF CEBU

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for National Improvement purposes, under the administration of the Province of Cebu, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in the foreshore of the Municipality of Mandaue, Cebu, Island of Cebu, and more particularly described as follows, to wit: cAHIaE

Bounded on the N., by Cebu-Mandaue Cadastre; on the E., by public lands and Cebu Harbor; on the S., by Cebu Harbor; on the W., by the Cebu Reclamation Area; Beginning at a point marked "1" on the attached plan which is N 58 deg. 00 E., 4,330 meters from point "1" of Pls-124,

thence N 48 deg. 00' E., 2,500.00 m. to point 2;

thence S 50 deg. 00' E., 1,180.00 m. to point 3;

thence N 80 deg. 30' E., 850.00 m. to point 4;

thence N 57 deg. 45' E., 625.00 m. to point 5;

thence N 32 deg. 30' E., 280.00 m. to point 6;

thence S 58 deg. 00' W., 580.00 m. to point 7;
