RESERVING FOR NATIONAL IMPROVEMENT PURPOSES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE FORESHORE OF THE DISTRICT OF SAN NICOLAS, PARDO AND TANGKE, TALISAY, CEBU, ISLAND OF CEBU

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for National Improvement purposes, under the administration of the Province of Cebu, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of public domain, situated along the foreshore of Calero, Sawang, Duljo, Mambaling, Basak, Inayawan, San Nicolas; and of Tangke, Talisay, Cebu, Island of Cebu, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows, to wit: HIEAcC
