RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF THE CLARIN SCHOOL OF FISHERIES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARIN, PROVINCE OF BOHOL

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school site purposes under the administration of the Director of Vocational Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, and the condition that the occupants shall be reimbursed of the value of their improvements thereon, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in the Municipality of Clarin, Province of Bohol, and more particularly described as follows: SIDTCa
