RESERVING CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND WITHIN THE WEST VISAYAS INTEGRATED AGRICULTURAL RESEARCH CENTER FOR HOUSING SITE PURPOSES OF THE DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE-REGIONAL FIELD UNIT NO. VI, SITUATED IN BARANGAY HAMUNGAYA, DISTRICT OF JARO, CITY OF ILOILO, ISLAND OF PANAY

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of Philippines, do hereby reserve certain parcel of land within the West Visayas Integrated Agricultural Research Center, located in Barangay Hamungaya, District of Jaro, City of Iloilo, Island of Panay, containing an aggregate area of FIFTY THOUSAND (50,000) SQUARE METERS, more or less, for housing site purposes of the Department of Agriculture-Regional Field Unit No. VI, subject to private rights, it any there be and to final survey, which parcels of land are more particularly described as follows to wit:

"Lot No. 4097-A-1, Psd-06-061231(Proposed subdivision of Lot 4097-A, (LRC) Psd-9157)

A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot No. 4097-A-1 being a portion of Lot 4097-A, (LRC) Psd-9157) covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-13434 issued in the name of the Republic of the Philippines, et al.,) situated in Barangay Hamungaya, District of Jaro, City of Iloilo, Island of Panay.

Bounded on the NE., along line 10-11 by Lot 4097-A-2, along line 1-2 by Lot 4469-A, Psd-06-060742, on the SE., along line 2-3 by Lot 4097-B, (LRC) Psd-9157 along lines 3-4-5 by Lot 4921, along line 5-6 by Lot 4058, all of Sta. Barbara Cad. 7 Extension, on the SW., along line 6-7 by Lot 4097-C, (LRC) Psd-9157, on the NW., along line 7-8 by Lot 4499-A, (LRC) Psd-9157, along lines 8-9-10 by Lot 4499-A, (LRC) Psd-9157.

Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan, being S. 83-43' W., 562.20 m. from M.B.M. No. 78, Cad. 7, Sta. Barbara Cadastre, thence:

N. 55-46' W., 54.10 m. to point 4;

A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot No. 4469-A, 06-060742 covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-13433 issued in the name of the Government of the Republic of Philippines) situated in Barangay Hamungaya, District of Jaro, City of Iloilo, Island of Panay.

Bounded on the SW, along lines 1-2-3 by Lot 4097; on the NW., along line 4-5 by Lot 4097, along lines 5-6-7-8-9 by Lot 4499, Sta. Barbara Cadastre Cad. 7 extension, thence:

N. 47-12' W., 62.01 m. to point 2;

N. 56-18' W., 214.05 m. to point 3;

N. 60-29' W., 22.41 m. to point 4;

N. 41-48' E., 26.40 m. to point 5;

N. 42-16' W., 10.95 m. to point 6;

All points referred to are indicated on plan and marked on the ground by P.S. cyl. conc. mons. 15 x 40 cm. except points 2 to 8 by old PS.; being true, Date of the original survey January 1911-June 1912 and that of the subdivision survey on April 5, 2004 and was approved on August 1, 2004."
