Reserving a Parcel of Land in Cabadbaran, Agusan del Norte as Site for Public Market and Bus Terminal

RESERVING AS SITE FOR PUBLIC MARKET AND INTEGRATED BUS TERMINAL OF CABADBARAN, AGUSAN DEL NORTE, A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN MABINI, CABADBARAN, AGUSAN DEL NORTE

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale, entry, disposition or settlement and reserve for Public Market and Integrated Bus Terminal under the ownership of the Municipality of Cabadbaran, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in Mabini, Cabadbaran, Agusan del Norte, and more particularly described as follows, to wit:

Lot No. 1592-A, Csd-13-001837-D

A parcel of land (Lot No. 1592-A, Csd-13-001837-D being a portion of Lot No. 1592, Cad-866, C-7, Cabadbaran Cadastre) situated in the Barangay of Mabini, Cabadbaran, Agusan del Norte, Island of Mindanao. Bounded on the North and East 3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10-11-12-13-14-15-16-17-18 by Creek; and on the West along lines 18-19-20 by Lot 1592-B, Csd-13-001837-D.

Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan Csd-13-001837-D being S. 83-00'E., 1313.84 m. from BLLM #1, Cad-866. Thence:
