RESERVING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND IN BARANGAY TINAGO, CEBU CITY FOR HOUSING SITE PURPOSES TO BE DISPOSED OF IN FAVOR OF THE BONAFIDE MEMBERS OF ABUNO RESIDENTS ASSOCIATION, INC. (ABRAI)

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby reserve a certain parcel of land situated in Barangay Tinago, City of Cebu, Island of Cebu, for housing site purposes in favor of the actual occupants in accordance with Republic Act No. 730, in relation to the provisions of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, subject to private rights, if any there be, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows:

A parcel of land (Lot No. 8607, Cebu Cad-12), situated in Barangay Tinago, City of Cebu, Island of Cebu. Bounded on the NE., along line 1-2 by Estero; on the SE., along lines 2-3 by Mc Arthur Boulevard; 20.00 m. wide; on the SW., along lines 3-4 by Property of Jacinta E.; on the NW., and SW., along line 4-5-6 by Property of Cornelio Pasana; on the NW., NE., and NW., along lines 6-7-8-1 by Property of Jose Yap.

Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan being N. 29 deg. 08'E., 982.06 meters from BLLM No. 1, Cad. 12, thence: cDEICH
