AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 255 DATED JUNE 3, 1964, WHICH ESTABLISHED THE CAMP GENERAL SERVILLANO AQUINO MILITARY RESERVATION LOCATED IN BARANGAYS SAN RAFAEL, SAN MIGUEL AND ARMENIA, MUNICIPALITY OF TARLAC (NOW TARLAC CITY), PROVINCE OF TARLAC, ISLAND OF LUZON BY SEGREGATING THE PORTIONS OF THE LAND EMBRACED THEREIN AND RESERVING THE SAME FOR SOCIALIZED HOUSING SITE PURPOSES

Upon recommendation of the secretary of Environmental and Natural Resources, and by virtue in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, do hereby amend Proclamation No. 255 dated June 3, 1964 which established the Camp General Servillano Aquino Military reservation located in Barangays San Rafael, San Miguel and Armenia, Municipality of Tarlac (now Tarlac City), Province of Tarlac, Island of Luzon by segregating portions of the land embraced therein containing an area of Fifty Nine Thousand Six Hundred Two (59,602) square meters and reserving the same for socialized housing site purposes open for disposition in favor of the members of the Tarlac Veterans Homeowners Association, Inc. (TARVETAS) pursuant to the provisions of Republic Act No. 274 in relation to the provisions of the Public Land Act, subject to private rights, if there be any, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows: cSITDa
