Please take notice that the Court en banc issued a Resolution dated August 2, 2011, which reads as follows:
"A.M. No. 11-7-11-SC (Re: Indorsement of Assistant Ombudsman Rolando B. Zoleta Referring the Complaint-Affidavit of Rolando N. Piquero against Atty. Ma. Cristina B. Layusa, Deputy Clerk of Court and Bar Confidant). — Acting on the Complaint-Affidavit of Rolando N. Piquero against Atty. Ma. Cristina B. Layusa, Deputy Clerk of Court and Bar Confidant, the Court Resolved to require Atty. Layusa to COMMENT thereon within ten (10) days from notice hereof." Mendoza, J., on official leave. (61a)
