NOTICE

Sirs/Mesdames :

Please take notice that the Court en banc issued a Resolution dated August 28, 2012, which reads as follows:

"B.M. No. 2528 (Re: Memorandum of Agreement between the University of Santo Tomas and the Supreme Court). — The Court Resolved to:

(a) NOTE the Letter dated August 22, 2012 of Atty. Ma. Cristina B. Layusa, Deputy Clerk of Court and Bar Confidant, submitting, for the Court's approval, the Draft Memorandum Agreement from the University of Santo Tomas relative to the use of the latter's facilities and classrooms for the 2012 Bar examinations; ACSaHc

(b) APPROVE the said Draft Memorandum of Agreement with details as follows:

(i) Date of Examinations — October 7, 14, 21 and 28, 2012;

(2) Cost of use of facilities and classrooms —

(i) 100 classrooms, Tan Yan Kee Building and Thomas Aquinas Research Center — P3,018,974.00

(ii) Additional classrooms occupied in excess of those allotted for occupancy under item (i) [rate per day for each classroom] — P6,588.45

(c) AUTHORIZE the Clerk of Court to sign the Memorandum of Agreement in behalf of the Court; and

(d) DIRECT the Bar Confidant to submit thereafter the Memorandum of Agreement for the Court's confirmation." Velasco, Jr., J., on official business. (adv98)
