SUPREME COURT MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 101-2021
RE: OPERATIONAL CAPACITY/NO PERSONAL FILING IN THE SUPREME COURT
The operational capacity of all the offices/services/divisions/units in the Supreme Court covering the period November 3, 2021 to November 5, 2021 shall remain at a maximum of thirty percent (30%), except for the Office of the Bar Confidant, Medical and Dental Services, Security Division, and Maintenance Division, which is up to a maximum of fifty percent (50%).
The health and safety protocols and work arrangements as stated in Memorandum Order No. 100-2021 dated October 18, 2021 are hereby maintained.
Finally, the "no personal filing" policy under Memorandum Order No. 65-2021 dated August 4, 2021 shall remain to be in full force and effect under the same guidelines therein imposed.
