Reorganizing the Committee on Continuing Legal Education and Bar Matters
On February 15, 2012, the Supreme Court of the Philippines issued Memorandum Order No. 05-12, reorganizing the Committee on Continuing Legal Education and Bar Matters following the retirement of its former Chairman, Associate Justice Eduardo B. Nachura. The new committee is chaired by Justice Roberto A. Abad, with Justice Estela M. Perlas-Bernabe as Vice Chairperson, and includes various representatives from legal education and the bar. Each member and the secretariat will receive expense allowances as outlined in Administrative Circular No. 13-99. The order took effect immediately upon issuance.

SUPREME COURT MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 05-12
REORGANIZING THE COMMITTEE ON CONTINUING LEGAL EDUCATION AND BAR MATTERS
In view of the retirement of the Committee's former Chairman, Associate Justice Eduardo B. Nachura on June 10, 2011, the Committee on Continuing Legal Education and Bar Matters is hereby reorganized as follows:

The Chairperson, Members and Secretariat shall each be entitled to the expense allowance prescribed in Administrative Circular No. 13-99 dated September 20, 1999. *
This Memorandum Order shall take effect upon its issuance.
