Re: Proposed Rules on Mandatory Continuing Legal Education for Active Members of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines

NOTICE
Sirs/Mesdames :
Please take notice that the Court en banc issued a Resolution dated April 10, 2012, which reads as follows:
"B.M. No. 850 (Re: Proposed Rules on Mandatory Continuing Legal Education for Active Members of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines). — The Court Resolved to NOTE the Letter dated February 17, 2012 of Atty. Renato G. Gasmen, Chosen Advocates of Law and Litigants Services, Room 209 C.K. Sy Diamond Bldg., 156 Libertad St., Pasay City. (For release) caSEAH
The Court further Resolved, upon the recommendation of the Committee on Continuing Legal Education and Bar Matters, to REFER the letter of Atty. Bonifacio Jose Inton and above letter of Atty. Gasmen to the MANDATORY CONTINUING LEGAL EDUCATION COMMITTEE for evaluation, report and recommendation thereon within thirty (30) days from notice hereof." Perlas-Bernabe, J., on official leave.
