Application to Take the 2011 Bar Examinations
On August 2, 2011, the Philippine Supreme Court issued a resolution regarding the 2011 Bar Examinations. The Court authorized the examinations to take place on November 6, 13, 20, and 27, 2011, at the University of Santo Tomas in Manila. Applications for the Bar Examinations were to be accepted from July 1 to August 15, 2011, with no extensions permitted. Additionally, the Bar Confidant was authorized to negotiate with the university for the use of its facilities for the examinations.

NOTICE
Sirs/Mesdames :
Please take notice that the Court en banc issued a Resolution dated August 2, 2011, which reads as follows: caCTHI
"B.M. No. 2432 (In re: Application to Take the 2011 Bar Examinations). — Acting on the Letter dated July 28, 2011 of Atty. Ma. Cristina B. Layusa, Deputy Clerk of Court and Bar Confidant, the Court Resolved to AUTHORIZE the:
(a) conduct of the 2011 Bar Examinations on November 6, 13, 20 and 27, 2011;
(b) holding of the said examinations at the University of Santo Tomas, España, Manila;
(c) acceptance of the applications to take the 2011 Bar Examinations by the Office of the Bar Confidant starting July 1, 2011 and ending on August 15, 2011 without any extension; and
(d) negotiation by the Bar Confidant with the University of Santo Tomas for the use of the latter's campus and facilities for the subject Bar examinations." Mendoza, J., on official leave. (adv64) IECcaA
