2008 Bar Examinations

Sirs/Mesdames:
Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of the Court En Banc dated July 8, 2008:
"Bar Matter No. 1933. — Re: 2008 Bar Examinations. — The Court Resolved to NOTE the Letter, dated July 2, 2008, of Atty. Ma. Cristina B. Layusa, Deputy Clerk of Court and Bar Confidant, relative to the Draft Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between the De La Salle University and the Supreme Court for the 2008 Bar Examinations, which contains substantially the same terms and conditions as those of the 2007 MOA, except the following:
Date of Examinations: September 7, 14, 21 and 28, 2008
1. Cost for the use of facilities on campus:
| a) | 95 classrooms, conference rooms, board room, Common Hall, central plaza and other facilities: |
| 2007 Bar Examinations — P2,495,020.00 | |
| 2008 Bar Examinations — P2,744,522.00 | |
| b) | Additional classrooms (rate per day for each classroom) |
| 2007 Bar Examinations — P5,445.00 | |
| 2008 Bar Examinations — P5,989.50 |
The Court further Resolved to APPROVE the aforesaid MOA relative to the use of the campus and facilities of the De La Salle University on September 7, 14, 21 and 28, 2008; and AUTHORIZE Clerk of Court Ma. Luisa D. Villarama to sign, in behalf of the Court, the said MOA with the De La Salle University. Thereafter, said MOA shall be submitted to the Court for confirmation."
