RE: 2021 BAR EXAMINATIONS
NOTICE
Sirs/Mesdames :
Please take notice that the Court en banc issued a Resolution datedMARCH 9, 2021, which reads as follows: HTcADC
"B.M. No. 3490 (Re: 2021 Bar Examinations). — Acting on the Memorandum dated February 19, 2021 of Atty. Rosita M. Requillas-Nacional, Deputy Clerk of Court and Bar Confidant, the Court Resolved to NOTE and APPROVE the mandatory filing of the following documents and requirements in petitions to take the Bar examinations through the Online Application System, to wit:
1. Petition to Take the Bar Examinations for New Applicants;
2. Petition to Take the Bar Examinations for New Applicants (Expanded Tertiary Education Equivalency and Accreditation Program [ETEEAP] Graduates);
3. Petition to Take the Bar Examinations for New Applicants (Foreign Law Graduates);
4. Petition to Take the Bar Examinations for Repeaters;
5. Petition to Take the Bar Examinations for Refreshers;
6. Testimonial of Good Moral Character;
7. Testimonial of Good Moral Character (for Applicants with Pending and/or Decided Case/s);
8. Requirements for the Bar Examinations for New Applicants;
9. Requirements for the Bar Examinations for New Applicants (ETEEAPP and Foreign Law Graduates);
10. Requirements for the Bar Examinations for Repeaters; and
11. Requirements for the Bar Examinations for Refreshers." (adv8)
