Quoted hereunder, for your information is a resolution of the Court En Banc dated February 17, 2009
"Bar Matter No. 1956 (In Re: 2008 — 11th Sharia Bar Examinations). — The Court Resolved to AUTHORIZE the Office of the Bar Confidant to decode the names of the 2008 successful Shari'ah bar examinees and release the results thereafter".
Ynares-Santiago and Tinga, JJ., on official leave.
