Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of the Court En Banc dated March 3, 2009

"A.M. No. 06-8-08-SC (Re: Award of Contract: Construction/Renovation of the Angeles City Hall of Justice). — The Court Resolved to:

(a) NOTE the following memoranda filed by DCA Antonio H. Dujua, Officer-in-Charge, Office on the Hall of Justice:

(i) Memorandum dated February 9, 2009, re: Cost of the 15 Laminated Toilet Partitions, Doors and Its Accessories Installed in the Newly-Built Annex Building of the Angeles City Hall of Justice;

(ii) Memorandum dated February 12, 2009, re: Project on the Construction of the Annex Building and Renovation of the Existing Building of the Hall of Justice at Angeles City; and

(iii) Memorandum dated February 20, 2009, re: Work Stoppage by the China State Construction Engineering Corporation at the Hall of Justice at Angeles City; ESDcIA

(b) DEFER ACTION on the proposed termination of the contract with China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC) until the Court's consideration of the updates and recommendations on the matter; and

(c) DIRECT TCGI Engineers to advise and assist the Office on the Halls of Justice on the data required preparatory to the termination of the contract with CSCEC as envisioned under Section 60 of the Agreement dated October 12, 2006;

(d) NOTE the Letter-Compliance dated February 27, 2009 filed by Atty. Peter John U. Javier pursuant to the resolution of January 27, 2009; and ITcCSA

(e) DOCKET this administrative matter as a separate administrative case against Atty. Peter John U. Javier, to wit: Administrative Case No. 8197 (In re: Resolution dated March 3, 2009 in A.M. No. 06-8-08-SC against Atty. Peter John U. Javier)." Austria-Martinez and Tinga, JJ., on official leave. (100)
