Award of Contract: Construction/Renovation of the Angeles City Hall of Justice

NOTICE
Sirs/Mesdames :
Please take notice that the Court en banc issued a Resolution dated March 8, 2011, which reads as follows: TaIHEA
"A.M. No. 06-8-08-SC (Re: Award of Contract: Construction/Renovation of the Angeles City Hall of Justice). — The Court Resolved to:
(a) NOTE the Compliance with Notice of Change of Address dated March 2, 2011 filed by Fu Chun Yuan, authorized representative of China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC), pursuant to the resolution of January 11, 2011, submitting for approval of the Court the draft Undertaking with Release and Quitclaim, and manifesting that CSCEC is now holding office at Unit 1202 One Summit Tower, Shaw Blvd., Mandaluyong City;
(b) NOTE the aforesaid Draft Undertaking with Release and Quitclaim;
(c) GRANT the request of Fu Chun Yuan that all notices, orders and other processes addressed to CSCEC and to its representative be sent to the above-given address; and
(d) APPROVE, for incorporation in the final Memorandum of Agreement between the Court and CSCEC on the settlement of liabilities of CSCEC under the October 12, 2006 Contract, the subject Undertaking with Release and Quitclaim." Nachura and Brion, JJ., on official leave. (adv118a) THaCAI
