Re: Construction of the Annex Building and the Repair and Rehabilitation of the Existing Building of the Angeles City Hall of Justice as well as Construction of a Materials Recovery Facility for the Hall of Justice

NOTICE
Sirs/Mesdames :
Please take notice that the Court en banc issued a Resolution dated May 8, 2012, which reads as follows: CTSHDI
"A.M. No. 11-3-8-SC (Re: Construction of the Annex Building and the Repair and Rehabilitation of the Existing Building of the Angeles City Hall of Justice as well as Construction of a Materials Recovery Facility for the Hall of Justice). — The Court Resolved, upon the recommendation of the Office of the Chief Attorney, to:
(a) APPROVE the extension of the Construction Management and Supervision (CMS) services of Filipinas Dravo Corporation (FDC) until the completion of the post-construction phase of the Angeles City Hall of Justice Project, which should not be later than May 31, 2012; and
(b) APPROVE the contract price of Two Million Four Hundred Fifty-One Thousand Two Hundred Sixty Pesos (P2,451,260.00) for the additional CMS services based on the technical and financial proposals of FDC." Perez, J., on official business. (adv6a)
