PROCLAMATION NO. 2381

EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION NO. 481, DATED OCTOBER 24, 1968, ESTABLISHING THE NATIONAL GOVERNMENT CENTER SITE AT DILIMAN, QUEZON CITY, CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND EMBRACED THEREIN AND RESERVING THE SAME FOR THE NATIONAL KIDNEY FOUNDATION OF THE PHILIPPINES

Pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby exclude from the operation of Proclamation No. 481, dated October 24, 1968 (which reserved certain portions of the Quezon Memorial Park situated at Diliman, Quezon City, for the National Government Center Site), certain parcels of land embraced in the National Government Center Site and reserve the same for the National Kidney Foundation of the Philippines, subject to private rights, if any there be, and to final survey, which portion is more particularly described as follows:

A parcel of land (Lot RP-3-B-3-A-1-B-2 as shown on plan Swo-04-000495, being a portion of Lot RP-3-B-3-A-1-B, plan Rsd-76441, L.R.C. Record No. ___), situated in the District of Diliman, City of Quezon, Metro Manila, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the West and NW., along lines 1-2-3 by Lot RP-3-B-3-A-1-B-1 Swo-04-000495; on the NE., along lines 3-4-5-6-7-8 by Elliptical Road; on the East and SE., along lines 8-9-10 by East Avenue; and on the SW., along line 10-1 by Lot RP-3-B-3-A-1-B-3, Swo-04-000495. Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan, being N. 49 deg. 11'E., 1,162.41 meters from BLLM No. 7, Quezon City to corner 1;

containing an area of FIFTY EIGHT THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED NINETY NINE (58,599) SQUARE METERS, more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground by Old Points; bearings true; date of original survey, December 1910-June 1911 and that of the Swo survey on January 27, 28 and 29, 1979 and was approved on February 1, 1979.
