Placing Certain Parcels of Land Reserved Under Proc. No. 1282 (s. 1974) Under the Control of the PTA

WITHDRAWING CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND RESERVED FOR MARINE FISHERIES MULTI-PURPOSE FARM UNDER PROC. NO. 1282 DATED JUNE 21, 1974 AND PLACING THE SAME UNDER THE CONTROL AND SUPERVISION OF THE PHILIPPINE TOURISM AUTHORITY FOR DEVELOPMENT PURPOSES

By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw certain parcels of land from the operation of Proc. No. 1282 dated June 21, 1974, which reserved certain lands of the public domain for Marine Fisheries Multi-Purpose Farm purposes and reserve the same for tourism development purposes under the control and supervision of the Philippine Tourism Authority, which parcels of land are more particularly described as follows:

Lot No. 1

Beginning at a Point marked "1", thence:

N. 42ยบ 23 W,  67.40 m. to point 2;

N. 35ยบ 42 E,  155.98 m. to point 3;

S. 36ยบ 40 E,  69.27 m. to point 4;

S. 35ยบ 42 W,  148.20 m. to point 1, point of

beginning. Containing an area of Ten Thousand (10,000) Square Meters, more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground by B.L. Cyl. Concrete monuments. Bounded on the SW., along line 1-2 by Boulevard; on the NW., along line 2-3 by the marine demonstration fish farm; on the NE., along line 3-4 Lingayen Gulf; and on the SE., along line 4-1 by Lot 2. aisa dc

Beginning at a point marked "1" of Lot 2, being N. 30-54 E., 4679.80 m. from B.L.L.M. No. 1, Mun. of Alaminos, Pangasinan thru MSI-1993; thence

N. 35-42 E.,  148.20 m. to point 2;

S. 52-59 E.,  56.41 m. to point 3;

S. 23-33 W.,  8.16 m. to point 4;

S. 35-00 W.,  143.26 m. to point 5;

N. 50-09 W.,  60.00 m. to point 1;

point of beginning.

Containing an area of Nine Thousand Eight Hundred and eleven (9,811) Square Meters, more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground as follows; Point 2 by "X" on Conc. Wall; Points 3 and 4 by Conc. Posts; and the rest by B.L. Cyl. Conc. Mons. Bounded on the NW., along line 1-2 by Lot 1; on the NE., along lines 2-3-4 by School of Fisheries; on the SE., along line 4-5 by Road; and on the SW., along line 5-1 by Proposed Boulevard.

Beginning at a point marked "1" of Lot 3, being N. 31-44 E., 4672.30 m. from B.L.L.M. No. 1, Mun. of Alaminos, Pangasinan thru MSI-1993; thence

N. 34-54 E.,  141.54 m. to point 2;

S. 53-46 E.,  24.51 m. to point 3;

S. 31-35 W.,  22.87 m. to point 4;

S. 35-18 E.,  10.92 m. to point 5;

S. 50-41 W.,  16.92 m. to point 6;

S. 58-54 E.,  143.35 m. to point 7;

S. 36-13 E.,  79.80 m. to point 8;

S. 39-01 W.,  60.34 m. to point 9;

N. 60-16 W.,  246.84 m. to point 1;

point of beginning.

Containing an area of Twenty-Three Thousand Three Hundred and Ninety-seven (23,397) Square Meters. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground B.L. Cyl. Conc. Mons. Bounded on the NW., along line 1-2 by Road; on the NE., along line 2-3 by School of Fisheries; on the NE., and SE., along lines 3-4-5-6-7-8-9 by Lingayen Gulf and on the SW., along lines 9-1 by Proposed Boulevard.

Subject to more precise survey.

NOTE: This survey is a portion of Lingayen Gulf.
