EXCLUDING FROM PROCLAMATION NO. 1875, SERIES OF 1979, PORTIONS DESCRIBED AS LOTS 6 AND 7 AND RESERVING IT FOR MILITARY PURPOSES, AND EXCLUDING FROM PROCLAMATION NO. 2405, SERIES OF 1985, PORTION OF LOT 1 AND DECLARING SUCH AS PART OF THE BAGONG LIPUNAN SITES

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources, to resolve the overlapping of properties contained in Proclamation Nos. 1875 and 2405, dated July 25, 1979 and March 22, 1985, respectively, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby proclaim: ICTDEa

The exclusion from the operation of Proclamation No. 2405, dated March 22, 1985, entitled "Reserving for military purposes certain parcels of land of the public domain situated in Fort Gregorio del Pilar, City of Baguio, Island of Luzon", a certain portion of Lot 1 (13.4857 hectares) embraced therein and declaring the same included as part of Proclamation No. 1875, dated July 25, 1979, entitled "Declaring as Bagong Lipunan Sites Certain Parcels of Land of the Public Domain Situated in the City of Baguio, Island of Luzon", subject to private rights, if any there be, and further, which portion of land, NOW Lot 8 covered by TCT No. 40531, registered in the name of Republic of the Philippines, is more particularly described as follows:
