Proclamation No. 2472, issued on December 30, 1985, by President Ferdinand E. Marcos, reclassifies two parcels of land in Olongapo City and Subic, Zambales, from naval reservation status to alienable and disposable land under Commonwealth Act No. 141. This change is based on the recommendation from the Minister of Natural Resources and grants joint administration of the land to the Bureau of Lands and the City of Olongapo. The Director of Lands is tasked with disposing of these lands, following a prior recommendation from the City Mayor. The proclamation was published in the Official Gazette on January 27, 1986.

PROCLAMATION NO. 2472
RECLASSIFYING CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE CITY OF OLONGAPO AND THE MUNICIPALITY OF SUBIC, PROVINCE OF ZAMBALES, FROM NAVAL RESERVATION UNDER PROCLAMATION NO. 328, DATED JANUARY 2, 1968, TO ALIENABLE AND DISPOSABLE LAND UNDER COMMONWEALTH ACT NO. 141, AS AMENDED
Upon recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources and pursuant to the powers vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby reclassify two (2) parcels of land of the public domain, identified as Parcels 3 and 4, Swo-40367, situated in the City of Olongapo and Municipality of Subic, Province of Zambales, and more particularly described in Proclamation No. 328, dated January 2, 1968, from naval reservation under Proclamation No. 328 to alienable and disposable land under Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended. acd
The foregoing parcels of land of the public domain are hereby placed under the joint administration of the Bureau of Lands and the City of Olongapo and shall be disposed of by the Director of Lands under Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, upon prior recommendation of the City Mayor of the City of Olongapo.
