DECLARING MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 7, 2009, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF CAVITE
WHEREAS, Monday, September 7, 2009, marks the 438th Foundation Day anniversary and 69th Charter Day anniversary of the City of Cavite;
WHEREAS, in order to give the people of the City of Cavite, the opportunity to participate in the various ceremonies and activities designed to give meaning and significance to the occasion, it is but fitting and proper to declare September 7, 2009 as special non-working day.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Monday, September 7, 2009, as special (non-working) day in the City of Cavite. IcHAaS
