Declaring Monday, June 22, 2009 as Special (Non-Working) Day in the City of Pagadian
Proclamation No. 1797, issued on June 8, 2009, declares June 22, 2009, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Pagadian to celebrate its 40th Charter Day anniversary, known as "40th Araw ng Pagadian." DECLARING MONDAY, JUNE 22, 2009 AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF PAGADIAN
WHEREAS, Monday, June 22, 2009, marks the 40th Charter Day anniversary of the City of Pagadian dubbed as "40th Araw ng Pagadian";
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Pagadian be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Monday, June 22, 2009, as special (non-working) day in the City of Pagadian.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
