DECLARING TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 29, 2009, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BACOOR, PROVINCE OF CAVITE

WHEREAS, Tuesday, September 29, 2009, marks the annual celebration of the "Araw ng Bacoor" of the Municipality of Bacoor, Province of Cavite;

WHEREAS, in order to give the people of the Municipality of Bacoor, Province of Cavite, the opportunity to participate and celebrate the occasion, it is but fitting and proper to declare September 29, 2009 as special non-working day.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Tuesday, September 29, 2009, as special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Bacoor, Province of Cavite. cDHAES
