PROCLAMATION NO. 52
DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 7 SEPTEMBER 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF CAVITE
WHEREAS, Wednesday, 7 September 2016, marks the 76th Charter Anniversary and 445th Foundation Year of the City of Cavite;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Cavite be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 7 September 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Cavite.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
