CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING AND THE PARCELS OF LAND UPON WHICH IT STANDS, LOCATED ALONG SENATOR BENIGNO S. AQUINO, JR. AVENUE, MANDURRIAO, ILOILO CITY, AS A SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE (INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER) PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916, or the "Special Economic Zone Act of 1995," as amended by RA No. 8748, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate a building, to be known as SM City Iloilo BPO Tower, with a gross floor area of Seventy-Eight Thousand Seven Hundred Forty-Three and 7/100 square meters (78,743.07 sqm), more or less, and the two (2) parcels of land upon which it stands, located along Senator Benigno S. Aquino, Jr. Avenue, Mandurriao, Iloilo City, with an aggregate area of Five Thousand Four Hundred Seventy-Eight square meters (5,478 sqm), more or less, subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, PEZA Board of Directors Resolution No. 00-411 (s. 2000), as amended by Resolution Nos. 11-066 (s. 2011), 15-240 (s. 2015) and 17-472 (s. 2017), and Resolution No. 16-558 (s. 2016), as a Special Economic Zone (Information Technology Center), as defined by the following technical descriptions: HTcADC

A parcel of land covered by TCT No. T-106825 (Lot No. 3258-C, Psd-06-021280, being a portion of Lot 3258, Cad. 22, Iloilo Cadastre), situated in the District of Mandurriao, City of Iloilo, Island of Panay.

Bounded on the NE., and SE., along lines 1-2-3 by Lot 3169, Cad. 22, Iloilo Cadastre; on the SW., along line 3-4 by Lot 3258-D; on the NW., along lines 4-5-6 by Lot 3258-B; along lines 6-7-1, by Lot 3258-A both of the subdivision survey.

Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan, being S. 42 deg. 43' E., 745.10 m. from BLLM No. 1, Cad. 22, Iloilo Cadastre;

Bounded on the SW., along line 1-2 by Lot 3168-A, Psd-06-015415; along line 2-3 by Lot 3172, Cad. 22, Iloilo Cadastre; on the NW., along line 3-4 by Lot 3258-B; on the NE., along line 4-5 by Lot 3258, both of subdivision survey; on the SE., along line 5-1 by Lot 3169, Cad. 22, Iloilo Cadastre.

Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan, being S. 42 deg. 59' E., 780.14 m. from BLLM No. 1, Cad. 22, Iloilo Cadastre;
