CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING AND THE PARCEL OF LAND ON WHICH IT STANDS, LOCATED ALONG C-5 ROAD AND LEVI MARIANO AVENUE, BARANGAY USUSAN, TAGUIG CITY, AS A SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE (INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER), PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916,or the "Special Economic Zone Act of 1995," as amended by RA No. 8748, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate a building to be known as Vista Place Campus Tower I, with a gross floor area of Twenty-Four Thousand Eight Hundred Forty-Five and 43/100 square meters (24,845.43 m²), more or less, and the parcel of land on which the building stands, located along C-5 Road and Levi Mariano Avenue, Barangay Ususan, Taguig City, as a Special Economic Zone (Information Technology Center), subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, PEZA Board Resolution No. 00-411 (s. 2000), as amended by Resolution Nos. 11-066 (s. 2011), 15-240 (s. 2015) and 17-472 (s. 2017), and Resolution No. 17-176 (s. 2017), as amended by Resolution No. 18-614 (s. 2018), with an area of Two Thousand Four Hundred Four square meters (2,404 m²), more or less, as defined by the following technical description:

A parcel of land (Lot 1, portion of Lot 5-A, Psd-00-067543 and Lot 6-A, Psd-00-067544, SK-00-000809, L.R.C. Rec. No.) situated in Barangay Ususan, City of Taguig, Metro Manila, Island of Luzon.

Bounded on the NW., along lines 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10-11-12 by Portion of Lot 6-A, Psd-00-067544; along lines 12-13-14-15-16-17-18 by Portion of Lot 5-A, Psd-00-067543; on the NE., SE., & SW., along lines 18-19-20-1 by Portion of Lot 6-A, Psd-00-067544.

Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan, being N. 83 deg. 01 W., 1604.16 m. from BLLM No. 1, MCadM 590-D, Taguig Cadastre;

thence N. 58 deg. 41' E., 1.06 m. to point 2;

beginning, containing an area of Two Thousand Four Hundred Four Square Meters (2,404 m²), more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground by PS cyl. conc. mons 15x40cms.; Bearings, true. Date of original survey, during 1909; and sketch plan prepared on 14 December 2017 and approved in January 2018.

The sketch plan and technical description with an area of 2,404 square meters (being a portion of the 22,492-m² property of the Bases Conversion and Development Authority, identified as Lot 5-A, Psd-00-067543 [covered by TCT No. 164-2010000087] and Lot 6-A, Psd-00-067544 [covered by TCT No. 164-2010000090]), prepared by Geodetic Engr. Carlos P. Dizon; verified by Engr. Patrick A. Macazo, Engineer II, Department of Environment and Natural Resources-National Capital Region (DENR-NCR) on 17 January 2018; checked by Rogelio M. Lapus, Chief-Aggregate Surveys and Correction Section, DENR-NCR and Ignacio R. Almira Jr., Chief-Surveys and Mapping Division, DENR-NCR, on 17 January 2018; and noted by Sofio B. Quintana, Assistant Regional Director for Technical Services, DENR-NCR, on 22 January 2018.
