PROCLAMATION NO. 1006
CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING AND THE PARCEL OF LAND ON WHICH IT STANDS, LOCATED AT 32ND STREET CORNER RIZAL DRIVE, BONIFACIO GLOBAL CITY, TAGUIG CITY, AS A SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE (INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER), PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748
Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916 or the "Special Economic Zone Act of 1995," as amended by RA No. 8748, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, President of the Philippines, hereby create and designate a building to be known as Park Triangle Corporate Center, with a gross floor area of Forty-Nine Thousand One Hundred square meters (49,100 m2), and the parcel of land where the building stands, with an area of Five Thousand square meters (5,000 m2), more or less, located at 32nd Street corner Rizal Drive, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 00-411 (s. 2000), as amended by Resolution Nos. 11-066 (s. 2011), 15-240 (s. 2015) and 17-472 (s. 2017), and Resolution No. 17-303 (s. 2017), as amended by Resolution No. 18-243 (s. 2018) of the PEZA Board of Directors, as Special Economic Zone (Information Technology Center), as defined by the following technical description:
Lot 2
A parcel of land (Lot 2 of the consolidation-subdivision plan Pcs-00-014817, being a portion of Lot 2-B, Psd-00-073706; Lot 1-l, Psd-00-074186; Lots 1 & 3, all of Pcs-00-014479; N-64942), situated in Barangay Fort Bonifacio, City of Taguig, Metro Manila.
Bounded on the SW., along lines 1-2-3 by Reserved Access Lot 18, Pcs-00-009459; on the NW., along line 3-4 by Lot 3, Pcs-00-014817; on the NE., along line 4-5 by Lot 1, Pcs-00-014817; on the NE., along lines 5 to 9 by Lot 2-C, Psd-00-073706, on the NE., along lines 9 to 16 by Reserved Access Lot 19, Pcs-00-009459; and on the SE, along lines 16-1 by Reserved Access Lot 18, Pcs-00-009459.
Beginning at a point marked "1" on the plan, being N. 36 deg. 06' W., 3430.48 from BLLM #1, Mcadm 590-D, Municipality of Taguig, Province of Rizal:
thence N. 71 deg. 48' W., 81.72 m. to point 2;
beginning, containing an area of Five Thousand (5,000 m2) square meters, more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground by P.S., cyl. conc. mons. 15x40 cms., Bearings True; Date of original survey: 05-06 November 1946; that of the consolidation-subdivision survey: 15-30 September 2014, and approved on 20 November 2014.
