CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING, LOCATED AT 1132 UNIVERSITY PARKWAY, NORTH BONIFACIO TRIANGLE, TAGUIG CITY, METRO MANILA, AS AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER, PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916,or the "Special Economic Zone Act of 1995," as amended by RA No. 8748, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate a building, subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 00-411 (s. 2000), as amended by Resolution Nos. 11-066 (s. 2011) and 15-240 (s. 2015), and Resolution No. 11-417 (s. 2011), of the PEZA Board of Directors, with a gross floor area of Thirteen Thousand One Hundred Twenty-Seven square meters and Sixty-Six square decimeters (13,127.66), as an Information Technology (IT) Center, to be known as the Avecshares Center, which stands on a parcel of land, located at 1132 University Parkway, North Bonifacio Triangle, Taguig City, with land area of One Thousand Eighty-Eight (1,088) square meters, more or less. The land is more particularly defined by the following technical description:

Lot 6

A parcel of land (Lot 6 of the subdivision plan Psd-00-064895, being a portion of Lot 1, Block 33, Pcs-00-009459, LRC Record No.), situated in Barangay Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City, Metro Manila, Island of Luzon.

Bounded on the N., along line 1-2 by Lot 10; on the E., along line 2-3 by Lot 7, both of the subdivision plan; on the S., along lines 3-4-5-6-7 by Lot 21, Pcs-00-009459 (Reserved Access); and on the W., along line 7-1 by Lot 5 of the subdivision plan.

Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan, being N. 27 deg. 55'W., 3948.81 m. from BLLM No. 1, Taguig Cadastral Mapping; thence:

N. 87 deg. 44' E., 28.24 m. to point 2

S. 01 deg. 20' E., 38.25 m. to point 3

S. 89 deg. 53' W., 18.54 m. to point 4

N. 89 deg. 39' W., 5.00 m. to point 5

N. 88 deg. 42' W., 5.00 m. to point 6

N. 87 deg. 44' W., 1.01 m. to point 7

N. 00 deg. 41' E., 36.97 m. to point of

beginning; containing an area of One Thousand Eighty-Eight (1,088) square meters, more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground by PS and Old PS cyl. conc. mons. 15 x 40 cm.; Bearings, Grid; date of original survey during 1909 (Psu-2031) and that of the subdivision survey, 02-27 January 2004, as surveyed by Engr.
