CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING, WHICH STANDS ON A PARCEL OF LAND LOCATED ALONG LAWTON AVENUE, BONIFACIO SOUTH, TAGUIG CITY AS AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER, PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916 AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995, as amended by Republic Act No. 8748, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, I, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate a building with a gross floor area of 79,124.33 square meters, subject to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 00-411 (S. 2000) and Resolution No. 15-027 (S. 2015) of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, as an Information Technology Center to be known as Cyber Sigma which stands on a parcel of land located along Lawton Avenue, Bonifacio South, Taguig City containing an aggregate area of Five Thousand square meters (5,000) more or less, as defined by the following technical description:

Lot 3-B

A parcel of land (Lot 3-B of the subdivision plan, Psd-00-089533, being a portion of Lot 3, Block 16, Pcs-00-014280, LRC Record No.), situated in Barangay of Fort Bonifacio, Taguig, Metro Manila, Island of Luzon.

Bounded on the W., along line 1-2 by Lot 3-A of the subdivision plan; on the NE., along lines 2 to 14 by Road Lot 17; on the SE., along line 14-15 by Lot 4, Block 16, both of Pcs-00-014280; and on the S., along line 15-1 by Road Lot 20, Pcs-00-014280 and beyond by Lawton Avenue (Portion of Parcel 4, Psu-2031).

Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan, being N. 75 deg. 45' W., 3503.26 m. from BLLM No. 1, MCadm-590-D, Taguig Cad. Mapping;

All points referred to are indicated on the plan and marked on the ground by PS cyl. conc. mons. except points 3 to 15 by old PS cyl. conc. mons. 15 x 60 cm; bearings, true; date of original survey, during 1909 (Psu-2031); that of the subdivision survey, 20-28 October 2014 and approved on 08 June 2015.
