CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING, LOCATED AT 7TH AVENUE CORNER 30TH STREET, BONIFACIO GLOBAL CITY, TAGUIG CITY, AS AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER, PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916 AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748
Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916,otherwise known as the "Special Economic Zone Act of 1995," as amended, by RA 8748, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate a building, subject to the provisions of RA 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. DO-411 (s. 2000), as amended by Resolution Nos. 11-066 (s. 2011) and 15-240 (s. 2015), and Resolution No. 15-307 (s. 2015) of the PEZA Board of Directors, as an Information Technology Center, to be known W City Center, with a gross floor area of 100,107 square meters, which stands on two parcels of land, located at 7th Avenue corner 30th Street, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City containing an area of Four Thousand Seven Hundred Thirty-Seven (4,737) square meters, more or less, as defined by the following technical description: AcICHD
