CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING AND THE PARCEL OF LAND UPON WHICH IT STANDS, LOCATED AT LOT 5, BLOCK 10, 9TH AVENUE CORNER 30TH STREET, BONIFACIO GLOBAL CITY, FORT BONIFACIO, TAGUIG CITY, AS A SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE (INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER), PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (R.A.) No. 7916, otherwise known as the "Special Economic Zone Act of 1995," as amended by R.A. No. 8748, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate a building to be known as JY Campos IT Centre, with a gross floor area of Nineteen Thousand Six Hundred Ninety-Three and 55/100 square meters (19,693.55 m²), and the parcel of land upon which the building stands, located at Lot 5, Block 10, 9th Avenue corner 30th Street, Bonifacio Global City, with an area of Two Thousand Forty-One square meters (2,041 m²), more or less, subject to the provisions of R.A. No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 00-411 (s. 2000), as amended by Resolution Nos. 11-066 (s. 2011), 15-240 (s. 2015) and 17-472 (s. 2017), and Resolution No. 16-349 (s. 2016) of the PEZA Board of Directors, as a Special Economic Zone (Information Technology Center), as defined by the following technical description:

A parcel of land covered by Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT) No. 1291 (Lot 5, Block 10 of the consolidation subdivision plan Pcs-00-011796 being a portion of Block 6, Block 10 Lots 1-4, Block 11 Lots 1-7, Block 21, Block 29, Reserved Lots 3-9, and Road Lots 7, 10, 14, 17, & 18, all of Pcs-00-007928; Blocks 2, 3, 8, 21 & 50, Reserved Access Lots 2, 3, 6, 9, 20, 21, 48 & 49 all of Psd-00-046745; Lots 1-7 of Psd-00-060299; Blocks 1 & 2, Road Lots 1-7 of the Pcs-00-008760; Lots 1-3 of Psd-00-060334; Lots 1 & 2 of Pcs-00-008685; Reserved Access Lot 5 of Pcs-00-009913; and Reserved Access Lot 51-B of Psd-00-058169, L.R.C. Rec. No.) situated in the Barrio of Fort Bonifacio, Municipality of Taguig, Province of Metro Manila, Island of Luzon.

Bounded on the NE., along line 1-2 by Road Lot 5 of the Plan; on the SE., along line 2-3 by Road Lot 10 of the Plan; on the SW., along line 3-4 by Road Lot 8 of the Plan; on the NW., along line 4-1 by Lot 3, Block 10 of the Plan.

Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan, being N. 42 deg. 39' W., 3,684.09 m. from BLLM #1 MCadm.-590-D;

thence S. 71 deg. 48' E., 41.50 m. to point 2;

thence S. 18 deg. 12' W., 49.17 m. to point 3;

thence N. 71 deg. 48' W., 41.50 m. to point 4;

thence N. 18 deg. 12' E., 49.17 m. to the point of

beginning; containing an area of Two Thousand Forty-One square meters (2,041 m²), more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground by PS cyl. conc. mons. 15 x 40 cms.; Bearings, true; date of original survey, September-December 1907 and that of the consolidation subdivision survey, 10 February 2006 and was approved on 18 April 2006.
