CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING AND THE PARCEL OF LAND ON WHICH IT STANDS, LOCATED ALONG ALABANG ZAPOTE ROAD, ALMANZA UNO, LAS PIÑAS CITY, AS A SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE (INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER), PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916, or the "Special Economic Zone Act of 1995," as amended by RA No. 8748, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate a building, subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, PEZA Board of Directors Resolution No. 00-411 (s. 2000), as amended by Resolution Nos. 11-066 (s. 2011), 15-240 (s. 2015) and 17-242 (s. 2017) and Resolution No. 16-133 (s. 2016) as amended by Resolution No. 18-578 (s. 2018), as a Special Economic Zone (Information Technology Center), to be known as South Tower, with a gross floor area of Seventy Six Thousand Five Hundred Eleven and Fourteen Hundredths square meters (76,511.14 m2) more or less, located along Alabang Zapote Road, Almanza Uno, Las Piñas City with a lot area of Eleven Thousand Nine Hundred Two square meters (11,902 m2), more or less, defined by the following technical description: aScITE

A parcel of land covered by TCT No. T-42455, being a portion of Lot 1 of the special work order plan Swo-9823, situated in the Barrio of Almanza, Las Piñas City, Metro Manila, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the NE., along line 12-1 by Portion of Lot 1, Swo-9823; on the SE., along line 1-2 by Properties of Zacarias Gregorio and Tomas Eusebio; along lines 2-3-4 by Property of Raymunda Dela Cruz; and on the NW., along lines 4-12 by Portion of Lot 1, Swo 9823.

Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan, being S. 56 deg. 07' E., 5485.35 m. from B.L.B.M. No. 1, Pamplona, Las Piñas City;
