PROCLAMATION NO. 950
CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING AND THE PARCELS OF LAND ON WHICH IT STANDS, LOCATED AT 6786 AYALA AVENUE, BARANGAY SAN LORENZO, MAKATI CITY, AS A SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE (INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER), PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748
Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916 or the "Special Economic Zone Act of 1995," as amended by RA No. 8748, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate a building to be known as the NEX Tower, with a gross floor area of Thirty-Eight Thousand Four Hundred square meters (38,400 m2), and the parcels of land on which the building stands, located at 6786 Ayala Avenue, Barangay San Lorenzo, Makati City, with an area of Two Thousand Four Hundred square meters (2,400 m2), more or less, subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, PEZA Board of Directors Resolution No. 00-411 (s. 2000), as amended by Resolution Nos. 11-066 (s. 2011), 15-240 (s. 2015) and 17-472 (s. 2017), and Resolution No. 17-645 (s. 2017), as amended by Resolution No. 19-058 (s. 2019), as a Special Economic Zone (Information Technology Center), as defined by the following technical description:
Lot 12, Block 1 (LRC)
A parcel of land covered by TCT No. 006-2014000645 (Lot 12, Block 1 of the consolidation-subdivision plan [LRC] Pcs-536, being a portion of the consolidation of Lots 2-B and 2-C described on plan Psd-42582, Lot 3-A-2, described on plan [LRC] Psd-4541 and Lot 2-A-3, described on plan [LRC] Psd-4624, LRC [GLRO] Record No. 2029), situated in the Municipality [now City] of Makati, Province of Rizal, Island of Luzon.
Bounded on the NE., points 3 to 4 by Street Lot 1 of the consolidation-subdivision plan; on the SE., points 4 to 1 by Lot 13, Block 1 of the consolidation-subdivision plan; on the SW., points 1 to 2 by Lot 19, Block 1 of the consolidation-subdivision plan; and on the NW., points 2 to 3 by Lot 11, Block 1 of the consolidation-subdivision plan.
Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan, being S. 57 deg. 16' W., 1923.49 m. from BLLM 1, Mp. of Makati, Rizal;
thence N. 56 deg. 20' W., 24.00 m. to point 2;
beginning; containing an area of One Thousand Two Hundred square meters (1,200 m2), more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground by PLS cyl. conc. mons. 15 x 60 cms.; bearings, true; declination, 0 deg. 37' E.; date of the original survey, December 10, 1923 to January 9, 1924; and that of the consolidation-subdivision survey, May 22-28, 1958.
