CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING AND THE PARCEL OF LAND UPON WHICH IT STANDS, LOCATED AT NO. 1 DOÑA JULIA VARGAS STREET CORNER MERALCO AVENUE, BARANGAY UGONG, PASIG CITY, AS A SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE (INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER), PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916 or the "Special Economic Zone Act of 1995," as amended by RA No. 8748, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate a building to be known as Ortigas Technopoint Tower 1 & 2, with a gross floor area of Fifty Thousand Eight Hundred Thirty-Six and Sixty-Three Hundredths square meters (50,836.63 m²), more or less, and the parcel of land upon which the building stands, located at No. 1 Doña Julia Vargas Street corner Meralco Avenue, Barangay Ugong, Pasig City, with an area of Thirteen Thousand Seven Hundred Eighty-Seven square meters (13,787 m²), more or less, subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, PEZA Board of Directors Resolution No. 00-411 (s. 2000), as amended by Resolution Nos. 11-066 (s. 2011), 15-240 (s. 2015) and 17-472 (s. 2017), and Resolution No. 14-726 (s. 2014), as amended by Resolution Nos. 18-276 (s. 2018) and 18-421 (s. 2018), as a Special Economic Zone (Information Technology Center), as defined by the following technical description: CAIHTE

Portion of Lot 4-B, (LRC) Psd-196208

A parcel of land (being a portion of Lot 4-B, (LRC) Psd-196208 and Lot 5, (LRC) Pcs-7728), situated in Barangay Ugong, City of Pasig.

Bounded on the NE., and SE., along lines 1-3 by Lot 5, (LRC) Psd-7728; on the SE., and SW., along lines 3-10 by Lot 4-B (LRC) Psd-196208; and on the NW., along line 10-1 by Lot 5, (LRC) Psd-7728.

Beginning at a point marked "1" on the Plan, being S. 84 deg. 15' E., 1508.91 m from BLLM no. 1, Wack-Wack;

thence S. 89 deg. 20' E., 83.21 m. to point 2;

beginning, containing an area of Thirteen Thousand Seven Hundred Eighty-Seven square meters (13,787 m²), more or less; bearings: true; date of survey, 07-09 September 2017.

The sketch plan and technical description with an area of 13,787 m² (being a portion of Lot 4-B, (LRC) Psd-196208 covered by TCT No. 469702 and Lot 5, (LRC) Pcs-7728 covered by TCT No. 337158), prepared by private Geodetic Engineer Eduardo B. Sarmiento, was verified by Engr. Patrick A. Macazo, Engineer II, DENR-NCR, on 18 September 2017; checked by Rogelio M. Lapus, Chief, Aggregate Survey and Correction Section, DENR-NCR, and Ignacio R. Almira Jr., Chief, Surveys and Mapping Division, DENR-NCR, on 18 September 2017; and noted by Sofio B. Quintana, Assistant Regional Director for Technical Services, DENR-NCR, on 18 September 2017.
