CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING AND THE PARCEL OF LAND UPON WHICH IT STANDS, LOCATED AT PEARL DRIVE, ORTIGAS CENTER, PASIG CITY, AS SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE (INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER), PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916, or the "Special Economic Zone Act of 1995," as amended by RA No. 8748, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate a building, to be known as Cyber Omega, with a gross floor area of Sixty-Three Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy-Nine and Seventy-Three Hundredths square meters (63,879.73 m²), and the parcel of land on which the building stands, located at Pearl Drive, Ortigas Center, Pasig City, with an area of Three Thousand One Hundred Forty-Eight square meters (3,148 m²), more or less, subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, PEZA Board of Directors Resolution No. 00-411 (s. 2000), as amended by Resolution Nos. 11-066 (s. 2011), 15-240 (s. 2015) and 17-472 (s. 2017), and Resolution No. 17-099 (s. 2017), as amended by Resolution No. 18-612 (s. 2018), as a Special Economic Zone (Information Technology Center), as defined by the following technical description:

A parcel of land covered by TCT No. 011-2015002635 (Lot 2 of the consolidation-subdivision plan (LRC) Pcs-25944, being a portion of the consolidation of Lot Nos. 3-A and 3-B (LRC) Psd-233833 and Lot 2 Block 2 (LRC) Pcs-19795, LRC Rec. Nos. 699, 875 and 917), situated in the Barrio of Oranbo, Municipality of Pasig, Province of Rizal, Island of Luzon.

Bounded on the NW., points 1 to 2 by drainage 1 (canal); on the NE., points 2 to 3 by Lot 1 Block 2 (LRC) Pcs-19795; on the SE., points 3 to 4 by Road Lot 1 (LRC) Pcs-19795 (Amber Avenue); on the SW., and SE., points 4 to 6 by Lot 3 (LRC) Pcs-25944; and on the SW., points 6 to 1 by Lot 1 (LRC) Pcs-25944.

Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan, being S. 42 deg. 56' E., 1,208.78 m. from BLLM No. 1 Wack-Wack;

thence S. 49 deg. 01' E., 104.84 m. to point 3;

thence S. 40 deg. 59' W., 5.50 m. to point 4;

thence N. 49 deg. 01' W., 53.50 m. to point 5;

thence N. 49 deg. 01' W., 48.37 m. to point of

beginning; containing an area of Three Thousand One Hundred Forty-Eight square meters (3,148 m²), more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground as follows: points 1 to 3 by old PS and the rest by PS cyl. conc. mons 15 x 60 cms., bearings true; date of the original survey, 08 April 1920-21 February 1921 and that of the consolidation-subdivision survey, executed on 21 October 1980.
