CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING AND THE PARCELS OF LAND WHERE IT STANDS, LOCATED IN BARANGAY MALI-AO, PAVIA, ILOILO AS SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE (INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER), PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916 or the "Special Economic Zone Act of 1995," as amended, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate a building to be known as Iloilo Gateway Cyberspace, with a gross floor area of Eleven Thousand Sixty-Four square meters (11,064 m²), and the two (2) parcels of land, located in Barangay Mali-ao, Municipality of Pavia, Province of Iloilo, as a Special Economic Zone (Information Technology Center) subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, PEZA Board of Directors Resolution No. 00-411 (s. 2000), as amended by Resolution Nos. 11-066 (s. 2011), 15-240 (s. 2015) and 17-472 (s. 2017), and Resolution No. 18-177 (s. 2018), as amended by Resolution No. 18-667 (s. 2018), with an area of Three Thousand Six Hundred Thirty-One square meters (3,631 m²), more or less, as defined by the following technical description:

Lot 3275-B-6-A

A parcel of land (Lot 3275-B-6-A, Psd-06-090486, being a portion of Lot 3275-B-6, Psd-06-086354), situated in Barangay Mali-ao, Municipality of Pavia, Province of Iloilo, Island of Panay.

Bounded on the SE., along line 1-2 by Lot 3275-A, Psd-06-077159; on the SW., along line 2-3 by lot 3275-B-6-B, of the subdivision survey; on the NW., along lines 3-4-5-6-7-8, by Lot 3275-B-9 (Road Lot) Psd-06-086354; and on the NE., along line 8-1, by National Road.

Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan, being N. 26 deg. 35 W., 372.35 m. from BBM No. 46, Cad-25, Iloilo Cadastre.

A parcel of land (Lot 3275-B-6-B, Psd-06-090486, being a portion of Lot 3275-B-6, Psd-06-086354), situated in Barangay Mali-ao, Municipality of Pavia, Province of Iloilo, Island of Panay.

Bounded on the SE., along line 1-2 by Lot 3275-A, Psd-06-077159; on the SW., along line 2-3 by Lot 3275-B-4; Psd-06-086354, on the NW., along line 3-4, by Lot 3275-B-9 (Road Lot) Psd-06-086354; and on the NE., along line 4-1, by Lot 3275-B-6-A, of the subdivision survey.

Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan, being N. 34 deg. 41 W., 347.58 m. from BBM No. 46, Cad 25, Iloilo Cadastre.
